In the last six years I have worked with several different SDLC methodologies:
• Classic waterfall-based project that relied on formal business requirement documents, use cases, and software requirement specifications.
• Agile based methodologies that were organized around product owner and scrum teams and relied upon user stories for documentation.
• Hybrid methodologies that employed cross-functional teams and relied upon either use cases and functional requirements or user stories.
